Sasha Paikin is an Associate responsible for assisting in the structuring, underwriting, and execution of EJS investments. Prior to joining EJS, Sasha was an Associate at Lightstone Capital, the debt strategies platform for Lightstone Group, a New York-based vertically integrated real estate investor and developer. While at Lightstone, Sasha was responsible for supporting the debt strategies team in underwriting and executing investments for a wide range of commercial real estate transactions including senior bridge loans, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity backed by virtually all property types throughout the United States. Sasha graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and earned a Master of Professional Studies focused on Real Estate Finance and Sustainability from Cornell University.
