The Greenwich Spire is a boutique luxury condominium project currently under development by Legion Investment Group and EJS Group. Located at 11 West 13th Street, just west of Fifth Avenue’s gold coast in Greenwich Village, and rising approximately 500 feet, the building will offer sweeping views of the West Village and the Hudson River beyond. The 34-unit project will feature KPF as the architect with interior design by Leroy Street Studio.
Sales at The Greenwich Spire are expected to launch later this year and will be exclusively led by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. Construction completion is slated for mid-2028.
