EJS Credit provided a $10 million preferred equity investment with an 18-month term for a mixed-use office and retail project in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The preferred equity investment was secured by a recently renovated 36,000 square foot mixed-use retail and office building and an adjacent 159,000 square foot mixed-use retail and office development site.
